Magnetic levitation blower is a kind of turbine equipment with magnetic levitation bearing. The main structure is that the blower impeller is directly installed on the extended end of the motor shaft, and the rotor is vertically suspended on the active magnetic bearing. The maglev blower does not need a speed reducer and a coupling, and realizes a single high-speed centrifugal blower driven directly by a high-speed motor and regulated by a frequency converter. This type of fan adopts integrated design. Its high-speed motor, frequency converter, magnetic bearing control system and control panel equipped with microprocessor all adopt integrated design and integration. The core is magnetic bearing and permanent magnet synchronous high-speed motor technology.
Main technical features of Maglev blower:
(1) Energy saving: magnetic bearing is adopted, which has no contact loss and mechanical loss, and realizes high speed and non variable speed regulation, so that the operating efficiency of the fan can reach more than 80%.
(2) Low noise and convenient installation: since the integral box structure is adopted, the noise of the fan is below 80dB, and the vibration of the machine body is small, no installation foundation is required.
(3) High system integration: imported filter, cooling system, automatic anti surge system, power failure and fault protection system, etc. users do not need to purchase other parts. The Chinese touch screen with real-time display brings convenience to operators and reduces the occurrence of operation accidents.
(4) High cooling efficiency: the cooling system adopts the combination of air cooling and water cooling, which can effectively protect the motor and realize the start and stop of the fan at any time.
(5) Remote control: it can be controlled by the central control room. In case of fan failure, remote maintenance and commissioning can also be implemented.
